Class Pre-registration – Jump Start Drivers Ed.

Registration is first come, first served. If overbooking occurs, you will be contacted and placed on the list for the next available class.

Instructions:

Fill out and submit the form on this page to register for the desired class.
Open the Resources page.
Print the Parent Packet. (Requires free Acrobat Reader)
Fill out the parent packet forms completely.
Make a photocopy of the student’s birth certificate.
Put forms and photocopy in an envelope.
Choose one of the following delivery options (Must be received before Parent Night):
1. Drop off the envelope at the classroom location (slide under door). OR
2. Mail the envelope to the classroom location.
