Class space is first come, first served. Walk-ins accepted ONLY if space is available after eligible pre-registered students are enrolled. If overbooking occurs, you will be contacted and placed on the list for the next available class.

Instructions:

  1. Ensure that you are qualified. If you are not yet 16, you are eligible to register for a class ONLY if your 16th birthday falls on or after the date that is exactly 3 calendar months from the Registration Night date of the desired class. For example, if your 16th birthday is September 1, you are eligible to register for classes with a Registration Night date of June 1 or later. Your registration will not be accepted if you attend a Registration Night for a class for which you are not eligible.
  2. Fill out and submit the Class Pre-Registration form on this page to identify the student and indicate your class preference.
  3. Open the Resources page.
  4. Print the Parent Packet – single-sided, please. (Requires free Acrobat Reader)
  5. Fill out all parent packet forms accurately and completely.
  6. Make a photocopy of the student’s birth certificate.
  7. Put completed forms and photocopy in an envelope.
  8. Choose one of the following delivery options (Must be received before Registration Night):
    • Drop off the envelope at 45 Knight Road, Jaffrey NH (slide under classroom door). ** OR **
    • Mail the envelope to Jumpstart Driver Education, 45 Knight Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452.
  9. Text instructor at 603-264-7464 to confirm delivery of the packet.

  • Please complete all sections fully and as instructed. Provide only working phone numbers and email addresses. Forms with incomplete information might be rejected.
